Artist Statement

In my art, I am inspired by many types of media from animated shows, card games, and tabletop games. No matter where I look, there’s always something worth being inspired by. One consistency I find in the media I take inspiration from is that most, if not all, involve character or creature designs. Even the aspects of media and art that are not character-focused, relying more on the setting, are another source of inspiration. Yet, even with the non-character focus, I find myself always imagining who or what could live in such fantastical worlds.
